Went there on a random Saturday and had one of the best salesmen ever. What turned into a day of just looking around, turned into buying a vehicle with everything and more. Noah, our sales guy, spent all afternoon with us testing different cars and showed us one that was too easy not to get. He knew everything from the brands history, to every interior and exterior component of the car. We highly recommend Noah, and Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas!

Everything started out WONDERFUL when they wanted to sell us the vehicle... Unfortunately we signed paperwork to buy the vehicle while it was getting some "simple paint work" touched up, and we we picked up the vehicle roughly a week later. When the vehicle was scheduled for pickup, I immediately noticed that the front of the vehicle had a fender alignment issue on the corner the work was being done, and I was told it would be taken care of after we took delivery.... Since then I was given quite the runaround by the salesperson, then apparently was cut completely off from getting anything communicated to me to handle the vehicle so they could deal directly with my significant other as she is the "sweet" one of the two of us. I should have known better honestly to deal with another SUPERIOR dealership after they COMPLETELY screwed her at the Mazda store a few years ago..... Pretty disappointed, but I should have known better....

He came through for me after purchase when I found a scratch on the top of my car that I didn’t see while at the dealership. The next day he got it into the shop for dent repair and paint! I recently purchased a car here and had a fantastic experience working with Brad Hoffmeister. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was looking for a specific Mercedes for my wife but couldn’t find anything local. I found a few vehicles on Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas’s (MB of NWA) site and contacted them to ask a few questions. Harrison Campbell reached out and was very helpful. The next day I called the dealership and spoke with Harrison to get more specific information about the vehicles I was looking at. He helped me eliminate those that didn’t meet all of our criteria and added a few that I hadn’t caught in my net when searching their site. Being two hours away from the dealership, Harrison wanted to make sure he had something on hand worth our time to make the drive. I was extremely impressed with his willingness to help work through the inventory to find the vehicles that met most of our requirements, getting down to two potential candidates that made it worth the drive. I asked Harrison, if we come down there and like what we see, we will want to drive it home same day. No problem, he said. We can make that happen. My wife and I left home at noon and arrived at the dealership at 2 pm. Harrison had the two candidate vehicles ready to go for test drives. He covered the basics and we hit the road. We made our decision and it didn’t take long and we were talking to Zane McConnell. We signed some paperwork, wrote a check and drove off with our new GLS 450! We had an incredible experience with Harrison at MB of NWA, and Zane made the purchase process easy. Great mechanics and Service Dept. I purchased a used MB Sprinter Van (from someone in TX) and the front end vibrated and new tires wearing badly. Tranny also seemed not to shift correctly. MB-Bentonville mechanics serviced front end and tranny - now no shaking in the front end and the transmission is smooth. Very friendly service advisor and staff. Reasonable rates.

Highly recommend this dealership. Can't say enough about the amazing experience we had in purchasing our GLS450. Cole Ingram is your goto and was great thru the whole process. Truly amazing experience...you have a customer for life.

The service was completed, but they forgot to update the small service tag on the windshield. When I asked, I was told they thought I didn’t want it changed. Now I don’t know at what mileage my next oil change is due. Overall, the oil change was done, but the communication and follow-through could have been better.

Daniel from the Parts Department is a true customer relationship builder - keep this guy! I stopped by the service department on a Saturday, not realizing they are closing at 3 PM (on Saturday's), to ask about a wheel lock key. The service team let me know they wouldn’t be able to get back to me until Monday, which was understandable, so I headed back to my car. That’s when Daniel went above and beyond. He actually came outside the building, tracked me down, and gave me some guidance on how the issue could be resolved. He didn’t have to do that - but he did. That kind of thoughtfulness and initiative is what real customer service looks like.

I love my A220. I got a great deal on it. I had to have it towed in once for a service update after 5 months. The first week I had it, it spent two days in the shop only to find out that noise was a loose screw in the glove box. Neither event cost me a dime.

Although I tried to buy a Mercedes for my family locally, for the second time in 6 years my local dealership seemed to have no motivation to sell me a car and have limited options that fit our desired spec. So again, I thought of the good people at MB NWA! One call and I was connected to Chip! He was responsive, professional and optimistic that he could find just what we wanted. Within a day or two, he presented us with options that were better than we expected, honestly and fairly closed the deal and we drove the 3 hours to pick up our new car. While I went into the notorious "finance office", Daniel oriented my wife on the car and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable! Best delivery orientation we've ever had. And it turned out to be one of the most pleasant finance sessions I've ever had. No high pressure sales tactics and a very efficient closure to the deal. SO refreshing as this is usually the step that makes me leave a dealership angry. If only I lived closer, I can only imagine that this dealership's service dept. could easily blow my local one (which feels more like the DMV) out of the water! I went to Mercedes Benz of NWA. Although I did not buy my vehicle from them I had some technical questions. I found all of the staff helpful. Specifically Zachary who went out of his way to call me and assist me using his own phone. In a time when customer service is a thing of the past he went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will certainly use this dealership for my maintenance needs in the future and on a score of 1-10 Zachary scored a 15 in my book. Thanks again Zachary

I am very pleased with my service experience at Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas! When I made my Friday reservation to service my van, there was a misunderstanding. The scheduling person didn't realize that I live in my van and hence could not leave it over the weekend. My advisor Chris said he would try to expedite my service to get me out the same day but no guarantees. Fair enough. To make things even more interesting, my service was to fix an undiagnosed oil filter leak that was caused by my last oil change 2000 miles ago at a different Mercedes dealer. Long story short, Chris was able to get the necessary repairs made the same day and coordinated with the previous Mercedes dealer on the issue! Wow, you really can't ask for better service!

Right in the heart of downtown Bentonville this could be a great venue but needs some investment. The upstairs could be cool and they must address the sound quality. Fun spot but feels high school

I recently bought my first Mercedes Benz from the Nwa Mercedes delivership. I got a GLB and I absolutely love it! It’s a great car very roomy and good gas mileage. My mom had a tire suddenly go flat in her Mercedes on I-49, & it's a tire for a sport model that's very difficult to locate. The staff at this location didn't have any in stock, but called another dealership to locate them. She was able to have her car towed to the dealership & they worked her into their service center schedule so she wasn't stranded (she doesn't live in NWA). Appreciate all they did for my mom!

He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. His profession is selling cars, but you can tell people is what he truly cares about. When we made our way into the finance department I was expecting a similar experience to other car dealers. I was completely wrong. Jacob was extremely friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured which was an experience I've had with every other dealer. I would recommend anyone that is in the market to stop by and experience the difference. 8/27/2025: Just recently completed a second outstanding vehicle purchase with Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas in Bentonville. Such a smooth new vehicle purchase! Saw the vehicle on their website that caught my eye and spoke to the General Manager Rusty Jackson. He came up with an awesome deal and next morning I was at the dealership. Noah Ruiz, the Sales Consultant met me with a warm welcome, took me on the vehicle walk around, provided great info about the process and even took care of moving my personal front plate to the new vehicle. Next Zane McConnell, Finance Manager conducted the signing of documents which only took about 30 minutes – such a smooth operation! After signing, Benny Wegner, the Product Concierge assisted me with updating my Mercedes app, updated all of my info into the vehicle and we walked through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. So verify pleased with not only the vehicle but the diligence exhibited in how they respected my time and the outstanding customer service shown to me. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8/2024: Wow! What a great vehicle lease experience I just recently had with Dino Martin of Mercedes-Benz of NW Arkansas on my new 2024 EQB 300. Dino provided me with detail of the vehicle as I was not familiar with what the electric models had to offer. We discussed the extras that I was interested in and Dino found exactly the right vehicle for me. It’s a beauty and very probably one of the best auto experiences I have ever had in my over 40 years of auto purchases. One of the highlights of my new vehicle experience was the fact that Dino brought the vehicle to my home for me to see and test drive. Both he and another dealer team (Roman Manriquez) took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and programmed my preferences, paired my phone, and set up the vehicle charging info (to be honest it would have taken me weeks to figure out all the nuances!). As Dino provided all the basic financing information to me in great detail the final paperwork was a breeze and took a minimal amount of time compared to the hours that we used to spend in the dealership. Jason Hostetler called me ahead of time to go over the paperwork, terms, etc. prior to me signing documents so a thank you to him as well. Such great service all around and thank you Dino for introducing me to my new electric Mercedes!!

Have been interested in a Mercedes Benz for quite some time and my first experience was great. Our Sales Representative Dino Martin was very knowledgeable, very helpful and went above and beyond in answering all our questions. He made every effort to understand what we needed and could afford. We are extremely happy with our new Mercedes Benz and would highly recommend Dino and this dealership. The cars are more affordable than you might expect.
